FIRST is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support clients with internal and client-facing events and conferences, delivering exceptional service through effective project management and creative solutions. You will oversee all aspects of event operations, from briefing to post-event reconciliation.

There is a requirement for onsite events to travel domestically or abroad as required. This role offers growth opportunities within a global agency environment while coordinating across virtual,

Formación

• 5–7+ years’ event management experience.
• Experience in corporate or financial environments.
• Experience in working with senior clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Virtual event experience preferred – Webex and Zoom experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multiple events in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate venue, catering, AV, registration, and speaker logistics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Event Technology, Data, Legal as required.
