Job summary

Opus Agency is seeking a Sr. Event Technology Project Manager to lead client-facing registration platforms and onsite tech for large events.

You will collaborate with project managers, architects, housing managers, and support teams to scope, build, launch, and maintain digital experiences while overseeing onsite deployments. The role requires 8+ years in corporate events, experience with major event tools, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably corporate event.
• Experience with popular event management tools listed above.
• Demonstrated discretion, diplomacy, and high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution is preferred.
• Supervisor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors for event tech and registration streams.
• Lead small-to-mid sized events with a focus on registration websites and related tech.
• Understand and represent all Opus Event Tech workstreams to clients as team lead.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain timelines.
• Develop and drive workback schedules; ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead platform demos, tech discussions, and risk mitigation with clients.
