Job summary

Legends Global in Houston, TX, seeks an Assistant Director of Event Services for Reliant Park. You will lead the Event Services team, coordinate guest experience, and manage exhibitor services to deliver top-tier events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and seven years related experience required.
• Knowledge of public assembly facility management is a plus.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage high-tension, complex events and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Event Services teams including management of events, guest experience and exhibitor services.
• Assist with budgets, procurement, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and Sales to align timelines and estimates.
• Supervise and train Event Coordinators and Managers; oversee emergency communications.
• Lead meetings, plan large-scale events at Reliant Park, and maintain client relations.
