Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college; five or more years in facility/venue management.
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams in large venues.
• Prefer NFL stadium experience and strong contract management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level project management oversight for multiple concurrent events and guest experience projects.
• Establish standardized project management processes, timelines, and accountability frameworks for Event Services.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions throughout the event lifecycle.
• Lead tenant engagement and ensure continuity of guest services across events.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver high-quality event outcomes.
• Develop policies, operating procedures, and KPIs for the Event Services Department.
