Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks an Outside Operations Lead at Reliant Park in Houston, TX. You will supervise staff, coordinate event setup/breakdown, and ensure safe operations during events in a dynamic park setting.

This hands-on leadership role offers exposure to large-scale events and growth within operations, acting as liaison to clients while upholding facility rules and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in event operations, logistics, parking operations, facilities, construction, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience leading small teams or coordinating tasks is a plus.
• Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset with teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support event setup and breakdown activities, including traffic flow setup, signage placement, and barrier installations.
• Communicate event information and expectations to staff and supervise day-to-day activities.
• Serve as lead presence in parking lots and exterior areas during events.
• Coordinate labor to ensure efficient and effective event execution.
• Oversee signage and safety compliance, and operate or assist with equipment as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and provide operational updates.
