Job summary

Legends Global in Houston, TX is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our events team at Reliant Park. You will coordinate, supervise, and direct staff and subcontractors to execute events smoothly while ensuring safety and compliance with facility policies.

You will train staff on procedures, prepare schedules, and liaise with tenants and vendors to meet client requirements, manage equipment and inventory, and resolve operational issues under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations, facility capabilities, industry terminology, event services, and technical requirements for events.
• Experience supervising, training staff, budgeting, and purchasing.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
