Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college; 5+ years of facility management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Knowledge of public assembly facility management and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level project management oversight for multiple events and guest experience projects.
• Establish standardized project management processes, timelines, and accountability frameworks for Event Services.
• Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead strategic planning for event operations and guest experience with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver integrated, high-quality event outcomes.
• Develop KPIs and monitor performance to drive improvements in service quality and efficiency.
• Prepare Event Services department budget and monitor expenses.
