Responsibilities

• Lead and support event setup and breakdown activities.
• Communicate event information to staff and assist with supervision.
• Oversee parking lots and exterior areas during events.
• Coordinate labor for efficient event execution.
• Ensure equipment and signage meet safety standards.
• Operate and assist with DMS equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment, tools and materials used in Outside Operations.
• Move and assist with equipment like golf carts as required.
• Participate in team meetings and provide operational updates.
