Job summary

Legends Global in Houston, TX seeks an Assistant Director of Event Services to lead the Event Services team, coordinating event management, guest experience and exhibitor services at Reliant Park. You will oversee budgets, vendor relations and contract adherence, ensuring every client requirement is met while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced venue setting.

Qualifications

Knowledge of public assembly facility management and event-related services.
Experience with budgeting and administrative duties.
Ability to supervise and train staff and manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the Event Services team across Event Management and Guest Experience.
Assist in budget preparation and adherence for operating and events.
Enforce facility rules, policies and safety procedures.
Support vendor contracts and third-party contractors.
Plan and manage large-scale events at Reliant Park.
Coordinate with Sales for event assignments and timelines.
Liaise with Marketing for client engagement and outreach.
Lead meetings and oversee equipment and supplier recommendations.
