SBE Restaurant Group seeks a Senior Event Sales Manager for Katsuya Scottsdale to drive private event revenue and build strategic client relationships. You will oversee the sales lifecycle from inquiry through contract and execution, partnering with Events, Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and Venue Leadership to uphold hospitality standards.

The role requires strong sales leadership, account management, and the ability to exceed revenue goals while maintaining profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years in progressive event production, experiential marketing, hospitality, or venue operations.
• Two years in a senior-level event production, event operations, or producer role.

• Drive private event and group revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase bookings and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities via networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Conduct venue tours, site inspections, and client presentations.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.
