Job summary

Katsuya Scottsdale, part of sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to be the brand’s voice on the ground in Scottsdale. You’ll own social media, content creation, local outreach, and events for Katsuya Scottsdale: shooting and posting content, building relationships across the Scottsdale community, and showing up in the restaurant and around town.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, who leads paid media, larger campaigns, and partnerships, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing, social media, or content creation experience in hospitality, restaurant, nightlife, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Portfolio or social handles showing content you’ve personally shot and posted.

Responsibilities

• Own Katsuya Scottsdale’s social media channels and content calendar.
• Plan and produce photo/video content (Reels/TikToks) that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate local outreach, partnerships, and community events to grow reservations.
• Support paid media campaigns and provide creative assets and insights.
• Keep website listings and listings accurate; assist with email campaigns.
