The GM will oversee daily operations, maintain product and service standards, manage labor and costs, and partner with regional leadership for business planning.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of restaurant management experience in a high-end, service-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls.
