Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality in Scottsdale is seeking an energetic Event and Restaurant Sales Manager to lead sales for our event spaces and restaurant offerings. You will cultivate client relationships, work with planners, corporate partners, and vendors, and drive revenue through strategic proposals and compelling presentations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for event spaces and restaurant services.
Identify and pursue new business through networking, cold calling, and events.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, planners, corporate partners, and vendors.
Coordinate with operations to meet and exceed client expectations.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
Track sales performance and report to management.
Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and offers.
