Job summary

Hotel Solaya in Scottsdale seeks an energetic Event and Restaurant Sales Manager to lead sales for our event spaces and dining offerings. You will nurture client relationships, forecast revenue, and collaborate with operations to deliver memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate has proven hospitality sales success, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. A business or hospitality background and proficiency with CRM and MS Office are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for event spaces and restaurant services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, planners, partners, and vendors.
• Coordinate with operations to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Track sales performance and report to management.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and special offers.
