Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Event Sales Specialist to own the full sales cycle for groups of 13+ and to drive large corporate events from initial contact through execution. You will build relationships, prospect new accounts, and manage a high-value pipeline while collaborating with venues to ensure flawless events.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a polished presence for a camera-first hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven background in group or event sales, hospitality, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for groups of 13+ from standard events to 100+ guest corporate buyouts.
• Build and grow local territory by developing relationships with companies, organizations, and groups.
• Attend BEO meetings and coordinate with venue ops for flawless execution from contract to celebration.
• Manage retention outreach to bring past guests back and grow repeat/referral business.
