Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Event Sales Specialist for the Core team in Denver. You will own the full sales cycle for group events, from social gatherings to large corporate buyouts, and manage complex multi-stakeholder deals with executive presence.

You will build relationships, prospect a high-value pipeline, and drive retention through post-event follow-up and cross-sell opportunities. Expect evenings, weekends, and holidays as peak times in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven background in group or event sales, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience with large or complex events strongly preferred.
• Track record of managing a high-value pipeline and closing deals with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for group events from social to corporate buyouts.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making and longer timelines.
• Match clients to the right venue, package, and custom experience.
• Own local outreach and build a portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Develop and expand a pipeline through consistent prospecting and relationship management.
• Work toward a quarterly quota with commission-based pay.
• Lead BEO meetings and coordinate with venue operations for flawless execution.
• Maintain retention outreach to grow repeat and referral business.
