Heritage Exposition Services in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Account Executive - Producing (Project Manager) to lead event initiatives from planning to execution. This role requires on-site presence, travel to trade show sites, and effective coordination with labor, production teams, and clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management or event production, proficient with Boomer Software and MS Office, and strong financial oversight skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or event production.
• Proficient with Boomer Software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong project logistics, labor coordination, and equipment planning skills.
• Experience in financial oversight, invoice processing, and billing procedures.
• Ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments and make strategic decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, deadlines, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution for assigned events.
• On-site oversight, labor coordination, and scheduling.
• Manage rental equipment, load lists, and production outlines.
• Provide a draft invoice or detailed billing outline for AE to process after move-out.
• Identify variances from SOPs and suggest process improvements.
• Mentor, train, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Act as a liaison between operations and account management for clear communication.
