Job summary

Heritage Exposition Services seeks an Account Executive - Producing (Project Manager) to plan and execute high-stakes events across multiple show sites. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with Heritage SOPs, and coordinate on-site operations from setup through teardown.

The role requires on-site presence, weekend/extended hours as needed, and a strong track record in event logistics, budgeting, and team leadership. Equal opportunity employer and full-time employment offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or event production.
• Proficient in Boomer Software, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong ability to manage event logistics, labor coordination, and equipment planning.
• Experience in financial oversight, invoice processing, and billing procedures.
• Ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments and make strategic decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, deadlines, and compliance.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Stay on-site 20 hours before move-in and oversee show hours.
• Coordinate labor calls and scheduling per labor contracts.
• Manage rental equipment, loads, and production outlines.
• Provide drafts of invoices or detailed billing outlines within two weeks after move-out.
• Mentor, train, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Communicate effectively between operations and account management.
