Heritage Exposition Services is seeking an Account Executive - Producing to lead complex event production projects from planning through on-site execution. You will coordinate labor, equipment, and logistics, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction across all show sites.

This full-time, in-person role requires travel to trade shows, strong leadership, and experience in budgeting, billing oversight, and mentoring team members to improve performance and adherence to Heritage SOPs.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or event production.
• Proficient in Boomer Software, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong ability to manage event logistics, labor coordination, and equipment planning.
• Experience in financial oversight, invoice processing, and billing procedures.
• Ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments and make strategic decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, deadlines, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute projects to ensure safe, efficient event production.
• On-site oversight and logistics coordination during show hours.
• Manage rental equipment, load lists, and production outlines.
• Provide a draft invoice or billing outline within two weeks after move-out.
• Mentor, train, and develop team members.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to exceed expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Heritage SOPs.
