Job summary

Heritage Exposition Services seeks an Account Executive - Producing to lead project planning and execution for trade show events. You will oversee the assigned team, coordinate labor, and manage equipment, budgeting, and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and adherence to Heritage SOPs. Travel and weekend hours are common as events occur across sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or event production.
• Proficient in Boomer Software, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong ability to manage event logistics, labor coordination, and equipment planning.
• Experience in financial oversight, invoice processing, and billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution – ensure jobs are produced safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• On-site oversight and logistics coordination, including labor scheduling and compliance.
• Equipment, inventory, and load list management to track all assets before move-in.
• Provide draft invoices or billing outlines within two weeks after move-out & escalate quotes when needed.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve performance and efficiency.
• Escalate major issues to leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
