Job summary

Heritage Exposition Services is seeking an Account Executive - Producing to lead planning and execution of trade show projects. You will oversee the team, manage logistics, equipment, and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction.

On-site leadership, travel readiness, and strong organizational skills are essential. The role requires 3+ years in project management or event production and a proven ability to mentor teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or event production.
• Proficient in Boomer Software, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong ability to manage event logistics, labor coordination, and equipment planning.
• Experience in financial oversight, invoice processing, and billing procedures.
• Ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments and make strategic decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, deadlines, and compliance.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects to ensure safe, efficient production and delivery.
• Be on-site 20 hours before move-in; coordinate labor calls and scheduling, ensuring labor contract compliance.
• Confirm rental equipment is in place; manage load lists and production outlines.
• Provide a draft invoice or detailed billing outline within two weeks after move-out.
• Identify variances from SOPs and mentor teammates to improve performance.
• Liaise between operations and account management to ensure clear client communication and satisfaction.
• Perform site visits to reduce uncertainties and improve planning.
• Plan travel and coordinate with logistics for asset assignments.
• Ensure payroll is reviewed and submitted on time; support process improvements.
