American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead assigned programs within our Experience Studio. You’ll own planning, budgeting, and production, serving as the primary daily contact for stakeholder groups and ensuring delivery to the client’s standards.

You will manage creative, staging, AV, and content partners, drive run of show decisions, and forecast budgets with accuracy. This role demands executive presence and proven multi-project leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years producing corporate meetings and events.
• Lead producer on programs from brief to close.
• Experience on a dedicated account team under a client SOW or in a corporate events department.
• Portfolio includes multi-day executive programs with audiences 500+ and budgets > $1M.

Aufgaben

• Lead programs as producer of record from brief to close.
• Coordinate with client producers on flagship programs to the same standard.
• Serve as daily contact for program stakeholders with planning cadences and status reports.
• Direct creative and production: brief and manage partners, review against brand standards, own run of show.
• Own program budgets from initial estimates to reconciliation, including forecasts and change control.
• Direct event managers and coordinators, with staffing and prioritization under Studio Ops Manager.
• Maintain master timelines, milestones, and decision logs for each program.
• Collaborate with sourcing on venues and production partners, ensuring contracts are met onsite.
