Job summary

Qualifications

• Four+ years planning corporate meetings and events, from kickoff to reconciliation.
• Onsite lead on ten or more programs per year.
• Independent management of program budgets up to $500,000 with forecasts and clean reconciliations.
• Knowledge of hotel/supplier contracts, banquet orders, and cost drivers (attrition, minimums, overtime, changes).
• CMP or progress toward it; experience on a dedicated client team or inside a corporate events department.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver assigned programs end to end with the producer, from kickoff through onsite execution and close.
• Keep program plans current in client project tools with tasks, owners, and dates.
• Manage budgets with the producer, from initial estimate to final reconciliation.
• Manage suppliers from sourcing handoff to final invoices within client rules.
• Coordinate Attendee Experience with registration, housing, and communications.
