Job summary

Apple Services is seeking a highly organized Event Producer to support internal events and programs, guiding preproduction planning and live production while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the company.

You will work with internal teams and external vendors, manage venues and AV, coordinate speakers and travel, ensure accessibility, and drive post-event analysis to deliver engaging experiences for Apple employees worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in communications, marketing or public relations.
• Proven event production experience with live and post-production timelines.
• Experience coordinating with VIPs, high-level talent and artists.
• Excellent communication, planning, creative and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of studio culture, creative and production workflows, and confidentiality.
• Proven capability with curating bespoke experiences in physical spaces.
• Experience leading complex projects and planning initiatives.
• Direct experience handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Onsite work required; travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Follow a detailed project timeline with key milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Organize regular check-in meetings with key stakeholders and vendors.
• Select and manage event venues, including layout, technology, and staffing.
• Ensure smooth event flow and real-time issue resolution during events.
• Coordinate transportation and accommodation for speakers, VIPs, and other personnel.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of the venue and transitions between phases.
• Provide staffing for registration, check-in and crowd management.
• Ensure technical requirements are met for in-person and virtual components.
• Manage signage and physical materials for in-person events.
• Troubleshoot on-site and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Ensure accessibility for all attendees (captions, interpreters, accessible platforms).
• Post-event evaluation including attendee feedback and recommendations.
