Job summary

Apple Services is seeking a highly organized Event Producer to join our Services Employee Engagement team in Culver City. You will manage internal events, preproduction planning, and live production, engaging with multiple stakeholders to deliver best-in-class experiences.

The role requires 5–10+ years in communications or event production, excellence in planning, and ability to coordinate with VIPs. Travel up to 30% is expected and onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in communications, marketing, or public relations.
• Proven event production track record with live post-production timelines.
• Experience coordinating with VIPs/high-level talent.
• Outstanding communication, planning, and critical thinking.
• Onsite availability; some nights/weekends; up to 30% travel.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Follow a detailed project timeline including setup, rehearsal, live event and breakdown.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Organize regular check-ins with key stakeholders and vendors.
• Select and manage venue for in-person components including layout, tech, staffing.
• Ensure smooth event flow and real-time issue resolution.
• Oversee setup/breakdown and transitions between event phases.
• Provide staffing for registration, crowd management, and logistics.
• Ensure AV, lighting, and accessibility requirements are met.
• Post-event evaluation and reporting with attendee feedback.
