Job summary

Apple Services seeks an organized Event Producer to join the Services Employee Engagement team. You will support internal events from preproduction to live production, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver best-in-class experiences for employees.

The role requires 5–10+ years in communications or PR, a track record in live events, and comfort working with VIPs. Onsite work is required with some nights, weekends, and up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in communications, marketing, or public relations.
• Proven event production track record with live production, post-production timelines and deliverables.
• Experience working with VIPs, high-level talent and artists.
• Outstanding communication, planning, creative and critical thinking skills.
• Onsite availability; some nights and weekends; up to 30% travel (domestic & international).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Follow a detailed project timeline with milestones (setup, rehearsal, live event, breakdown).
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Organize regular check-ins with stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage venue selection and venue layout, tech, and staffing for in-person components.
• Ensure smooth event flow and real-time issue resolution during events.
• Arrange transportation and accommodation for speakers and VIPs as needed.
• Oversee setup/breakdown and on-site operations, including signage and branding.
• Provide on-site staffing support for registration, crowd management, and logistics.
• Ensure AV, lighting, and accessibility requirements for both in-person and virtual components.
• Post-event evaluation, attendee feedback, and recommendations for future improvements.
