Job summary

Apple Services is seeking a highly organized Digital Producer to join our Employee Engagement team. You will support events and programs with preproduction planning, live production, and ongoing maintenance of our internal Services site, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and vendors to deliver engaging virtual and in-person experiences.

The role requires 5–10+ years in live events, on-site work, strong project management, and discretion handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of live events, studios, and production.
• Proven track record in event production, with hands-on live and post-production timelines.
• Experience leading complex projects and planning initiatives.
• Direct experience handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position.
• Available to work some nights and weekends as needed.
• Up to 30% travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless integration of our virtual platforms with live presentations.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand goals, audience and event vision.
• Develop briefs outlining style, tone, and messaging for content.
• Plan updates and content needed for our digital tools and platforms.
• Coordinate with technical teams for streaming setup including video, audio, lighting.
• Oversee virtual engagement tools (Q&A, live polling, chat moderation).
• Support presenters with digital tools and smooth transitions between in-person and virtual segments.
• Monitor virtual audience engagement and troubleshoot digital issues during the event.
• Provide technical support for post-event virtual access and development.
