Apple Services is seeking a highly organized Event Producer to join our Services Employee Engagement team in Culver City. You will manage internal events, preproduction planning, and live production, engaging with multiple stakeholders to deliver best-in-class experiences.

The role requires 5–10+ years in communications or event production, excellence in planning, and ability to coordinate with VIPs. Travel up to 30% is expected and onsite work is required.

Description

Apple Services is seeking a highly-organized, passionate and experienced Producer to join our Services Employee Engagement team. The Event Producer will support various internal events and programs with preproduction planning and live production execution, engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders in order to bring an event to life, always striving for a best in class and engaging experience for our employees. The Event Producer works as part of our Services Employee Engagement production team, reporting to a Senior Producer, and occasionally working alongside external vendors and contractors. Professionalism, Innovation and Creativity are key in this role, as the Event Producer is responsible for working with numerous stakeholders at all levels within the company, representing our team and organization.

Responsibilities

• Follow a detailed project timeline, including key milestones (set up, rehearsal, live event, and breakdown).
• Where needed, coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
• Organize and manage regular check-in meetings with key stakeholders and vendors.
• Select and manage event venue (for in-person components), including layout, technology, and staffing requirements.
• Ensure smooth event flow and provide real-time issue resolution during the event.
• Coordinate transportation and accommodation for speakers, VIPs, and other key personnel (if needed).
• Oversee setup and breakdown of the event venue, ensuring timely transitions between phases.
• Provide staffing support for registration, check-in, crowd management, and logistical operations during the event.
• Ensure technical requirements are met for both in-person and virtual components (e.g., AV equipment, microphones, lighting).
• Manage event signage, branding, and other physical materials (for in-person components).
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues on-site during the event.
• Adhere to any required safety guidelines or protocols (e.g., COVID-19 protocols, fire safety regulations).
• Ensure event is accessible for all attendees, both in-person and virtual (e.g., captions, sign language interpretation, accessible online platforms).
• Post-event evaluation and reporting, including feedback from attendees and stakeholders. Provide post-event analysis, including attendee feedback, engagement levels, and recommendations for future improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-10+ years experience in communications, marketing, or public relations
• Proven track record in event production, with hands-on experience guiding live production, post-production timelines and deliverables.
• Experience working closely with a variety of VIP’s, high-level talent and artists
• Outstanding communication, planning, creative and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining strategic, flexible and proactive, and maintaining a high attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities with tight timelines.
• Deep understanding of studio culture, creative and production workflows, and confidentiality standards.
• Proven capability with curating bespoke experiences in physical spaces for different audiences.
• Experience leading complex projects and planning initiatives
• Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position
• Available to work some nights and weekends as needed
• Up to 30% + travel required; both domestic and international

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,600 and $215,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
