GPJ Experience Marketing is hiring a Sr. Executive Event Producer to oversee large-scale conferences and complex experiential events across multiple workstreams.

The role demands strategic leadership, budget mastery, and top-tier client relationship management. You will coordinate staffing, vendor relations, and on-site execution for multi-day, hybrid and digital formats, reporting to senior client stakeholders and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of relevant experience in event production or related field.
• 4 Year College Degree; preferred in Marketing/Advertising/Event Management/Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Fortune 500 tech brands is desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timelines and budgets across all workstreams for mega-conferences and events.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior client relationships.
• Monitor profitability and ensure client satisfaction across programs.
• Staffing, vendor management and RFP oversight for major builds.
• Mentor large event teams and drive successful outcomes.
