Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking an experienced Event Producer to manage a portfolio of key internal and external events from inception through delivery.

You will collaborate across the CEO Transformation Office and partner with teams to ensure events align with strategic objectives and audience needs. You will own end-to-end planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis while navigating a fast paced, matrixed environment in Mountain View.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in end-to-end event project management.
• Ability to drive informed, data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading complex programs across multiple campuses.
• CMP, CMM, or CTSM certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end events across campuses and offsite locations.
• Co-create with teams to align attendee experiences with business objectives.
• Lead collaborative co-creation to scale impact.
• Develop stakeholder trust and partnerships through subject-matter expertise.
• Manage budgets, venues, vendors, contracts, and logistics.
• Use post-event analytics to inform future recommendations.
