Qualifications

• Events experience in complex, executive-facing, or technical environments.
• Familiarity with industry conferences, media events, partner summits, and investor days.
• Strong vendor, logistics, programming, and cross-functional execution skills.
• Ability to manage high-visibility internal and external communications.
• Comfort operating with autonomy and a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise on event strategy across industry conferences, partner moments, and vertical marketing plans
• Run executive events, customer events, investor days, press activations, and sales presentations
• Own programming, run of show, speaker coordination, itineraries, and day-of execution
• Partner with design and web teams on invitations, registration, booths, collateral, and swag
• Oversee demo environments and product showcases so technical presentations land cleanly
