Westin San Francisco Airport is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planning Manager to join our team. You will coordinate all aspects of events from initial planning to execution, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.

You will act as a liaison between customers and hotel sales, supervise during function execution, and be available onsite to resolve issues. Experience in hotel sales and CRM systems is preferred; a professional appearance and strong communication are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience.
• 1-year food and beverage experience.
• Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts.
• Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
• Present a professional appearance and confidence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members.
• Strong time management skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution.
• Liaise between clients and hotel sales team to guide event.
• Supervise event execution and solve on-site issues.
• Assist group and catering customers, manage logistics.
• Coordinate group room blocks, food & beverage, meeting space and billing.
• Provide on-site support and problem-solving during events.
