The Westin San Francisco Airport seeks a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue and expand the hotel’s client base through exceptional service and strategic planning. You will collaborate with departments to ensure top guest experiences and maximize group and corporate bookings.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in sales (2+ years hotel sales preferred), strong negotiation, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years sales experience, 2 year minimum hotel sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and interpretation of contracts.
• Present a professional and confident appearance.
• Proactive sales approach, assertive and fast paced, driven to succeed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members.
• Understanding/knowledge of computers and Microsoft office.
• Strong time management skills.
• Understanding of respective market segment, competitors strengths, weaknesses, trends, supply and demand.
