Job summary

The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Event Planning Manager to coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution. You will ensure unforgettable guest experiences by guiding meetings and banquets with precision.

As a liaison between clients and our hotel sales team, you’ll provide on‑site direction during events, solve issues, and manage group room blocks, food and beverage, public spaces, and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience.
• 1-year food and beverage experience.
• Strong negotiation and interpretation of contracts.
• Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution.
• Act as liaison between customers and hotel sales staff.
• Provide on-site supervision during events and resolve issues.
• Manage group room blocks, food & beverage, event spaces, and billing.
