You will supervise the event planning team, liaise with sales, operations, and clients, and troubleshoot on-site challenges with poise.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in hotel events, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage contracts, food & beverage logistics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience.
• 3 years food and beverage experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills.
• Excellent business communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to direct/motivate event planning department to exceed goals.
• Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
• Effective communication with public and team members.
• Strong time management under pressure.
• Experience with Hospitality Sales CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution.
• Serve as liaison between customer and hotel sales to provide direction.
• Supervise event execution and assist on-site problem solving.
• Manage group room blocks, food & beverage, meeting space and billing.
• Be available to customers during events to propose solutions.
