Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; at least 1 year in event management required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments, and customers to ensure high-level service across pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
• Identifies opportunities to maximize revenue through up-selling and event enhancements.
• Manages group room blocks and meeting space for average to large-sized groups; troubleshoots operational challenges with staff and customers.
