You will lead a team, ensure safety and aesthetics, and collaborate with multiple hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with banquet operations or hospitality management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize events, setting up, managing, and breaking down banquet spaces.
• Coordinate with clients, planners and hotel departments to meet specs.
• Oversee banquet table setup, linens, decor, and AV/catering needs.
• Lead the Event Set Up team: recruit, train, schedule, motivate.
• Prepare post-event reports and ensure accurate billing and safety compliance.
