Job summary

Doceree seeks a Specialist / Senior Specialist, Event & Logistics Execution in Short Hills, NJ to plan, coordinate, and deliver conferences, client events, and sponsorship activations while ensuring strong engagement and brand-aligned experiences.

You will work with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and on-site delivery, ensuring events are executed efficiently and within scope.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in event coordination, conference planning, logistics, or related roles.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma marketing, adtech, or B2B environments preferred.
• Hands-on event logistics coordination across venues, travel, registration, catering, AV.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with event management platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support for events and company initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Event project management: support conferences, client events, activations, and engagements with detailed plans and timelines.
• End-to-end event logistics: venue, travel, registration, catering, shipping, signage, AV, room setups, schedules.
• Vendor coordination: manage deliverables with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• On-site execution: vendor management, attendee check-in, speaker readiness, schedule transitions.
• Budget tracking: monitor expenses, invoices, and post-event reconciliations.
• Post-event follow-up: collect feedback, document lessons, support reporting.
