Job summary

Doceree in New Jersey is seeking a Specialist/Senior Specialist, Event & Logistics Execution to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic conferences and client events. You will manage timelines, vendors, and on-site delivery to ensure high-impact experiences that drive client engagement and brand presence.

Collaborating with the Senior Manager of Events, Marketing, and Sales, you will ensure events align with Doceree's objectives, stay within budget, and provide seamless attendee experiences

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in event coordination, conference planning, logistics, or related functions.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating corporate events, industry conferences, or client engagements.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for handling multiple events and priorities.
• Experience coordinating venue, travel, registration, catering, shipping, AV, and on‑site operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with event management platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and provide on‑site support for industry conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Event Project Management: support conferences, client events, sponsorships, executive engagements with detailed plans and timelines.
• Event Logistics: coordinate venue, travel, registration, catering, shipping, AV, and room setups for a seamless experience.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: align internal teams and external vendors with event objectives.
• On-Site Execution: manage day‑of operations, registrations, speaker readiness, and issue resolution.
• Budget Tracking: monitor expenses, invoices, and post‑event reconciliations for accuracy.
• Post-Event Reporting: collect feedback, organize materials, document lessons learned, and report results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to meet priorities.
