CASCADA Thermal Springs + Hotel in Portland seeks an experienced Event Planning / Conference Services Manager. You own end-to-end program execution for confirmed groups, coordinating planning calls, timelines, budgets, and onsite delivery with a hands-on leadership style.

You will collaborate across departments—Sales, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering—and manage client expectations from initial planning through post-event closeout, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of conference services/event planning experience.
• Experience owning multi-day programs from planning to closeout.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program ownership for confirmed events; review contracts, scope, deadlines, and room blocks.
• Lead planning calls, manage timelines, identify missing information, and ensure follow-through.
• Inspect spaces, ensure AV readiness, signage, and service standards; coordinate setups and breaks.
• Coordinate cross-departmental execution with Front Office, F&B, Culinary, Spa, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales.
