CASCADA Thermal Springs Spa and Hotel in Portland, Oregon, seeks a Retail Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations and coach a high-performing team. The role focuses on guest service, product knowledge, and achieving sales targets while aligning merchandising with our wellness ethos.

Collaborate with the Director of Spa + Wellness to optimize inventory, purchasing, and vendor partnerships, driving profitability and guest satisfaction across boutiques.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience (hospitality, spa, or wellness industry preferred).
• Proven experience with POS and inventory management systems.
• Experience in trends, retail calendar ordering windows, seasonal items, etc.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day retail operations reflecting CASCADA’s brand and wellness ethos.
• Build and coach a retail team focused on guest service, product knowledge, and sales performance.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to optimize product mix and profitability.
• Serve as a connective collaborator ensuring retail promotions support marketing and membership initiatives.
• Monitor and report sales, inventory, and margin performance to leadership.
• Track key metrics and recommend tactics to improve performance.
