Job summary

Premier Power Maintenance in the United States is seeking a Senior Field Service Specialist – EV to perform complex electrical apparatus work onsite at customer facilities, including testing, maintenance, commissioning, upgrades, and repairs.

This role requires extensive experience in substation testing and installation, the ability to troubleshoot and lead safety trainings, relocation within 60 miles, and willingness to travel and work overtime.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 10 years of experience in electrical substation testing and maintenance.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain NETA Level III/IV within 6 months.
• Willing to relocate within 60 miles of regional office.
• Willing to work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex electrical apparatus work onsite at customer facilities.
• Execute transformer, cable, and circuit breaker testing.
• Read manuals and schematics to troubleshoot equipment.
• Lead safety meetings and training.
• Develop time and expense reporting and daily status updates.
• Coordinate field project planning and cost management.
• Operate safely near live substations.
