Job summary

Qualifications

• HV & LV diagnostic experience required.
• 8+ years in HV systems with leadership experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Rivian vehicles following procedures.
• Provide remote repairs when possible.
• Collaborate with Service, Vehicle, and Delivery teams.
• Train and mentor technicians as assigned.
• Travel to service locations including production plants.
