Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical support, deployment, or field service operations
• Associate's degree or vocational/technical diploma in automotive or electrical technology is accepted when paired with 3–5 years of relevant field experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with technical troubleshooting methodologies and software tools
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated analytical ability to evaluate and resolve complex issues
• Willingness to learn and apply new technical knowledge in a fast-evolving environment
• Familiarity with cellular connectivity protocols and SIM provisioning

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end troubleshooting and technical support for stations that fail to connect
• Diagnose and resolve activation failures involving cellular connectivity and hardware defects
• Coordinate with field technicians, Sales, and Deployment teams to clear punch-list items
• Manage customer escalations via email and phone with prompt resolutions
• Provide phone support during peak call volumes
• Communicate station updates to customers using Salesforce
• Process Dispatch requests for malfunctioning stations post-activation
• Oversee dispatch requests for parts replacement
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline deployment and resolve issues
• Lead and contribute to special projects and new product rollout tracking
