Job summary

ChargePoint is seeking a Senior Deployment Specialist to ensure a seamless onboarding and activation of networked charging stations across North America. You will work with field technicians, Sales, and Deployment teams to drive timely issue resolution and smooth operation of deployments.

Experience in technical support or field service, plus a reliability in documenting activities and coordinating logistics, will help you succeed in this remote role with RSU incentives and a strong benefits

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on experience in technical support, deployment, or field service.
Associate degree or technical diploma with relevant field experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end troubleshooting and activation for stations, guiding units to working status.
Diagnose and resolve activation failures involving cellular connectivity and site issues.
Coordinate with field technicians, Sales, and Deployment to clear punch-lists and defects.
Manage escalations via email/phone, delivering prompt resolutions and updates in Salesforce.
Process dispatch requests for malfunctioning stations post-activation and coordinate replacements.
Maintain records of customer interactions and collaborate cross-functionally on improvements.
Lead projects including partner collaborations and new product rollout tracking.
