Job summary
TSMG Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to ensure maintenance, diagnostics, and deployment readiness of electric and autonomous fleets across North America. You will work with AV Ops Leads, Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and safety risks.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in automotive diagnostics, EV systems, and ADAS, with a track record in fast-paced, shift-based environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as automotive technician, EV/diagnostic technician.
- Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance & repair skills.
- Solid electrical/electronic vehicle systems knowledge.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and repair documentation.
- Ability to follow strict procedures & safety protocols.
- English: Upper-Intermediate.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related issues.
- Support high-availability autonomous vehicle fleets in shift-based environments.
- Assist with installation, inspection and replacement of autonomous vehicle hardware.
