Job summary
TSMG Holding seeks a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain electric and autonomous fleets, diagnose issues, and support robotaxi operations across North America. You will work with AV Ops leads, depot teams, and engineering to keep fleets safe, reliable, and ready for daily deployment.
The role combines hands-on repair, EV diagnostics, high-voltage safety, software updates, and collaboration with mobility program teams in a fast-paced depot environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience as automotive/diagnostic technician
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic vehicle systems
- Experience with diagnostic tools and service software
- Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols
- English: Upper-Intermediate or better
- Experience in EV or autonomous vehicle environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related issues
- Replace, repair, and validate vehicle components according to safety standards
- Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear documentation
- Lead shifts when required and mentor junior technicians
- Support training and collaboration with depot and fleet teams
- Maintain clean, safe workspace and accurate service records
