TSMG is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and diagnose electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations across North America. You will ensure uptime, safety, and readiness for daily deployments, including EV and ADAS systems, high-voltage safety, and software updates.

The role collaborates with AV Operations leads, depot teams, safety operators, SDS specialists, and engineering to minimize downtime and improve fleet reliability.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills.
• Solid understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service software.
• Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in shift-based environments.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for daily deployment readiness.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues.
• Support high-availability fleet operations and safety compliance.
