Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
- Experience with EV diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
- Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and repair documentation.
- Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
- Lead shift as technical lead when required and mentor junior technicians.
- Support depot operations to minimize fleet downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate service records and diagnostic reports.
