Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on automotive experience, strong diagnostics, and the ability to lead shifts while coordinating with operations and engineering to minimize downtime and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
• Experience with EV diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and repair documentation.
• Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
• Lead shift as technical lead when required and mentor junior technicians.
• Support depot operations to minimize fleet downtime and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate service records and diagnostic reports.
