Job summary

TSMG seeks a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and diagnose electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleets across North America. You will work with operations and engineering teams to ensure uptime, safety, and readiness for daily deployment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on automotive experience, strong EV diagnostics, and the ability to lead on shifts while following strict HV safety procedures. On-site depot environment with ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience with EV exposure.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities across electrical/electronic systems.
• Ability to work safely in high-voltage environments and follow procedures.
• Comfortable in shift-based operations and fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
• Support high-availability fleet uptime and safety compliance across deployments.
• Conduct detailed inspections and maintain accurate service records.
